5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • For return/exchange requests, please email support@erbo.in with your order details and photos of the product.
